Native Americans
Pow wows are the Native American peoples' way of meeting together, to join in dancing, singing, visiting, renewing old friendships, and making new ones. At contest Pow wows, the dancers compete in dance and age categories for prizes. The purpose of the modern day pow wow is to both entertain and educate.
