Everett Railroad
Everett Railroad is a short-line railroad that operates on former Pennsylvania Railroad tracks in Blair County, Pennsylvania. They offer both freight and tourist services. The freight cars are lead by a diesel locomotive and typically run Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They service customers in southern Blair County. The tourist trains are lead by a 1920 Alco-Cooke Mogul 2-6-0 #11 steam locomotive. They run on select weekends throughout spring, summer, fall and early winter. They have a second steam locomotive in the process of being restored. It is a 2-8-0, "Consolidated" #38 built in 1927 by the Baldwin Locomotive works.
